Player Issues

  1. Download Adobe Flash Player for Internet Explorer
  2. Download Java Updates
  3. Reset Advanced Settings for Internet Explorer
    1. Click on Tools
    2. Select Options
    3. Click on the Advanced Tab
    4. Click Restore Advanced Settings
    5. Then Click Reset
      1. Check the box "Delete Personal Settings"
    6. Click Apply
    7. Click Close
    8. Restart Internet Explorer

Note: You will need to reset your "Home Page after doing this procedure
